The Housing Choice Voucher Program typically begins our closing period around the 25th of each month. There may be issues accessing historical payment information on your unit in the portal during this time. The records typically resolve once we have finalized our payment
processing for the month. You should be able to access complete records around the 2nd or 3rd of the month.
Please check back then and contact customer service if you are still experiencing issues with data in the portal.
